AN ELEVATED WAY OF LIVING

The Elysia Retreats Experience

Elysia creates couples-only retreats across the Greek islands, for couples whose lives are full, but rarely slow down long enough to feel it.

Six days to step out of the rush and back into what makes life good: movement, good food, the sea, real conversation, and each other.

Each retreat is small by design, set in a hand-picked boutique property and hosted by us. Breathwork, Yin Yoga and embodiment.
Sailing, cooking and long shared meals.
‍
Enough structure to feel looked after,
and enough free time to let the island do the rest.

about elysia

‍What Each Retreat Holds

No single practice defines Elysia. It’s the combination of place, practice, food and time together.

9D Breathwork

Guided sessions using breath, sound and immersive audio, led by Justin, a certified 9D Breathwork facilitator. Time to quiet the mind, reflect, and notice what’s really there.

Embodiment & Movement

Yin Yoga and gentle movement with Athena, and body-led embodiment practices with our hand-picked guest coach. Out of constant thinking, and back into the body.

Longevity

Practical inspiration from Greek island life: daily movement, rest, food, community, and the everyday habits of people who live well for longer.

Food

Seasonal Greek food, local produce and long shared meals. Part of the culture, and part of the pleasure.
